These Property Listing Terms govern listing creation and management on StayWorld Bookings. By publishing or maintaining a listing, you agree to these terms, the main StayWorld Bookings Terms of Service, and applicable law.
1. Eligibility and Legal Authority
- You must have legal authority to list and operate the property.
- You must select the correct ownership type: Individual, Business/Company, or Property Manager/Agent.
- Managers/agents must hold valid authorization from owners.
- You are responsible for local licensing, registration, tax, zoning, and rental compliance.
2. Listing Accuracy and Disclosure
- All listing details must be accurate, current, and not misleading.
- Property type, location, amenities, capacity, restrictions, and rules must be fully disclosed.
- Images must represent the current property condition and offered amenities.
- You must promptly update details when anything changes.
3. Pricing Integrity
- The general listing price is the primary price reference.
- Room/menu/extra pricing must be consistent with the general listing price policy and clearly explained.
- Mandatory fees, deposits, taxes, and service charges must be disclosed before booking confirmation.
- Deceptive pricing (bait pricing, hidden charges, fake discounts) is prohibited.
4. Availability and Booking Commitments
- Availability calendars must be kept accurate and up to date.
- Confirmed bookings must be honored except where legally or safely impossible.
- Intentional overbooking or duplicate inventory is prohibited.
- Blackout dates and limitations must be disclosed clearly.
5. Communication and Guest Care
- Contact information must be valid and actively monitored.
- Hosts must respond to inquiries and booking-related issues within a reasonable period.
- Critical check-in/check-out, access, and safety instructions must be clear.
- Off-platform coercion, fraud, harassment, and abusive behavior are prohibited.
6. Safety, Legality, and Restricted Content
- Listings must comply with health, fire, occupancy, and safety standards.
- Illegal activity, unsafe listings, discriminatory practices, and fraudulent claims are prohibited.
- You must not list properties you do not control or cannot legally offer.
7. Platform Verification and Enforcement
- StayWorld Bookings may request identity, ownership, licensing, or operating documents at any time.
- StayWorld Bookings may edit, suspend, restrict, or remove listings that violate policy.
- Severe or repeated violations may result in account suspension or permanent removal.
8. Liability and Responsibility
- You are responsible for listing content, operations, guest commitments, and regulatory compliance.
- StayWorld Bookings acts as a platform and is not the owner/operator of listed properties.
- To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify StayWorld Bookings for losses from your violations or misrepresentations.
9. Policy Updates
StayWorld Bookings may update these terms to reflect legal, product, or safety changes. Continued listing activity after updates constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
