Welcome to StayWorld Bookings. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the StayWorld Bookings mobile application (“App”), operated by StayWorld Bookings (“we,” “us,” or “our”).

By creating an account, accessing, or using StayWorld Bookings, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our App.

1. Definitions

“User” refers to any individual who creates a personal account and uses StayWorld Bookings.

“Business” refers to any commercial entity or property owner listed on StayWorld Bookings.

“Listing” refers to hostels, hotels, apartments, or fitness centers listed on the platform.

2. Eligibility

• You must be at least 13 years old to use StayWorld Bookings.
• If you are between 13 and 18 years old, you must have parental or guardian consent.
• By using StayWorld Bookings, you represent and warrant that you have the capacity to agree to these Terms.
• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and update such information as necessary.

3. Account Types and Registration

3.1 User Accounts

Individual users may register using Email or Google Sign-In to access the App's main features: Listings, Bookings, and Account management.

3.2 Property Owners

Property owners may list their hostels, hotels, apartments, or fitness centers and receive bookings.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use StayWorld Bookings to:

• Post illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or objectionable content
• Impersonate any person, business, or institution
• Spam, phish, or distribute malware
• Violate any applicable rules or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights of others
• Collect or harvest user data without consent
• Interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
• Post sexually explicit content or content involving minors
• Promote violence, discrimination, or hatred based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or nationality
• Post fraudulent business listings

5. User Content

• You retain ownership of all Content you create and share on StayWorld Bookings.
• By posting Content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your Content within the App for the purpose of operating and improving our services.
• You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights to the Content you post and that such Content does not infringe any third-party rights.
• We reserve the right to remove any Content that violates these Terms without prior notice.

6. Property Listings

• StayWorld Bookings features verified hostels, hotels, apartments, and fitness centers.
• All listings are verified for accuracy and authenticity.
• StayWorld Bookings acts only as a platform connecting guests and properties. We are not a party to any booking.
• We reserve the right to remove listings that violate these Terms.

7. Communication

• Users may contact businesses through the App to inquire about listings.
• You are responsible for the content of your communications and must not use the platform for harassment, spam, or illegal activities.
• We may implement automated systems to detect and prevent spam and abuse.

8. Services Marketplace

• Users may browse and book hostels, hotels, apartments, or fitness centers through the app.
• Businesses must ensure their listings are accurate and up-to-date.
• StayWorld Bookings acts only as a platform connecting guests and property owners. We are not a party to any booking between users.
• Users engaging in bookings do so at their own risk. We recommend verifying the legitimacy of businesses before making bookings.
• We reserve the right to remove listings that violate these Terms.

9. AI Recommendations

StayWorld Bookings uses algorithms to recommend listings to users based on their location and preferences.

• Recommendations are algorithmic, not endorsements. When we recommend a listing, we are suggesting it may be relevant to you based on location and preferences, not vouching for its quality or legitimacy.
• Users should conduct their own research before booking any listing.
• StayWorld Bookings is not liable for any losses or damages resulting from interactions with recommended content.

10. Intellectual Property

• StayWorld Bookings and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by StayWorld Bookings.
• The StayWorld Bookings name, logo, and all related names, logos, listing names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of StayWorld Bookings.
• You may not use our trademarks without our prior written consent.
• You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or reverse engineer any part of the App.

11. Privacy

Your use of StayWorld Bookings is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

We are committed to protecting your privacy and ensuring your data is handled securely.

12. Disclaimers

• StayWorld Bookings is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
• We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
• We do not endorse, guarantee, or assume responsibility for any listing advertised or offered by Users or Businesses through the App.
• Any reliance on Content or listings is at your own risk.
• AI recommendations are provided for convenience and do not constitute endorsement or guarantee of quality.

13. Termination

• You may terminate your account at any time by using the “Delete Account” feature in the App settings.
• We may suspend or terminate your account immediately, without prior notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms.
• Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease, and we may delete your account and associated data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
• Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, and limitations of liability.

14. Modifications to Terms

• We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes through the App or by email.
• Your continued use of the App after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
• If you do not agree to the modified Terms, you must stop using the App and delete your account.

15. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and StayWorld Bookings regarding your use of the App and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
